Pick one requirement from the job description, then choose a real example that demonstrates it. Build a STAR answer: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Finish with what you learned.
- Situation: what was happening?
Give enough context to understand the problem. Keep the setup brief.
- Task: what were you responsible for?
State the goal, constraint, and your specific responsibility.
- Action: what did you actually do?
Explain your decisions and contribution. Distinguish your work from the team's work.
- Result: what changed?
Use evidence you can support. If you lack a measured outcome, describe what you observed; do not invent a number.
- Reflection: what would you repeat or change?
Connect the learning to this role. Prepare for one follow-up question.
Rehearse: say the answer without reading. Listen for a clear contribution, credible evidence, and a concise ending.
